Clinical Governance

Dr Clare Fenton is our Clinic Director and Clinical Governance Lead.

Clinical Governance means that we regularly review your care to maintain our standards and respond quickly and appropriately if we receive a complaint. This process ensures that we always act to address any issues that may arise and provide you with the best possible quality care.

To ensure this, all clinical staff have been trained in confidentiality, clinical governance and mandatory training in mental health law and mental capacity law. In addition, all staff are enhanced DBS checked.

The Amber Tree Clinic is registered for Data Protection with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
